韩邦奇（1479--1556）明代官员。字汝节，号苑洛，陕西朝邑（今陕西大荔县朝邑镇）人。正德三年进士，官吏部员外郎，以疏谕时政，谪平阳通判。稍迁浙江按察佥事，宦官强征富阳茶、鱼，他作歌哀之，遂被诬奏怨谤，逮系夺官。嘉靖初起山西参议，再乞休去。自后屡起屡罢终，以南京兵部尚书致仕。嘉靖三十四年，因关中大地震，死于非命。韩邦奇文理兼备，精通音律，著述甚富。所撰《志乐》，尤为世所称。
