曹尔堪，清（1617---1679）字子顾，号顾庵，浙江嘉兴籍，华亭（今上海市松江）人。顺治九年（1652）进士。博学多闻，工诗，为柳州词派盟主，尔堪善作艳词，多是宴饮狎妓之作。与宋琬、沈荃、施闰章、王士禄、王士祯、汪琬、程可则并称为“海内八大家”或“清八大诗家”。善书、画，不轻授人，故罕流传。卒年六十三。有《南溪词》二百三十余首传世。
