（1303—1358）元庐州人，字廷心，一字天心，先世为唐兀氏。顺帝元统元年进士，授同知泗州事，为政严明，宿吏皆惮之。入为中书刑部主事，以忤权贵，弃官归。寻以修辽、金、宋三史，召为翰林修撰。至正十二年，任淮西副使、佥都元帅府事，守安庆，御来犯军，升江淮行省参知政事、拜淮南行省左丞。十七年十月，为陈友谅、赵普胜军包围。次年正月，城陷，自刭。谥忠宣。为文有气魄。有《青阳集》。
