（1000或1002—1065）宋眉州青神人，字公弼。幼孤好学，兄使治钱息，希亮召逋家焚其券。仁宗天圣八年进士。历知长沙、临津等县，又知房、曹等州，提点江东刑狱，徙河北。嘉祐二年，入为开封府判官，改判三司户部勾院。请补外为京西转运使，迁京东，移知凤翔府。英宗即位，迁太常少卿，分司西京，致仕卒。仕宦所至，锄豪强，惩猾吏，平冤狱，蠲赋役，为政严而不残，见义勇发，不计祸福，自王公贵人皆严惮之。有《辨钩隐图》、《制器尚象论》及文集。
