李若虚（《舆地纪胜》卷五六作益虚），广平曲周（今属河北）人。若水兄。高宗绍兴三年（一一三三）守司农寺丞（《建炎以来系年要录》卷七○）。五年，充襄阳府路置司参度官（同上书卷八九）。六年，擢荆湖北路转运判官。八年，为军器监丞。十一年，知宣州，为岳飞幕客。十二年，因议时政罢职，徽州羁管。事见清光绪《湖南通志》卷二七六。
