（1032—1095）宋濮州鄄城人，字孝锡。以荫为泉州司户参军。神宗熙宁初，以河西令上书言政，王安石引置条例司，数与论事，荐充审刑详议官。后为大理正，以忤安石罢归。哲宗初，范纯仁等交章荐之，除河北转运判官。累官权兵部侍郎。好《易》、《中庸》，兼习老、庄、释氏之学。有诗文奏议。
