吴晦之，字元用，自号云梯，宁国（今属安徽）人。屡举不第，遂放浪江湖。宁宗嘉定中，与韩沅、石岩相多唱酬。晚年筑生香亭隐居。有《嚼脂集》，已佚。事见明嘉靖《宁国县志》卷三。今录诗十二首。
