李兆洛(1769～1841) 清代学者、文学家。字申耆，晚号养一老人，阳湖（今属江苏常州市）人。嘉庆十年(1805)进士，选庶吉士，充武英殿协修，改凤台知县；后主讲江阴暨阳书院达20年。著名地理学家、藏书家。本姓王，养于李氏。字申耆，晚号养一老人。阳湖（今江苏常州）人。嘉庆十年（1805）进士，改翰林院庶吉士，授凤台知县，在职7年，兴办教育，建凤台循理书院，创设义学。以父忧去职，遂不复出。主讲江阴书院20余年，培养人才甚多。广聚图书，博览诸学，通音韵、史地、历算、文学、考证等。藏书逾5万卷，皆手加丹铅，校勘一过，校正谬误。
