陈景沂（生卒年未详），或说名景沂，或说名咏，景沂为字，号愚一子、肥遯子。其籍贯《四库全书总目》作天台，民国《台州府志》作泾岙（今温岭市晋岙村），经考证，以宋台州（今属浙江）为是。理宗宝祐（1253-1258）年间重新整理《全芳备祖》，并进献朝廷，请人作序，谋求出版。综其一生行迹，属于当时的江湖游士，没有科举、仕宦方面的任何信息，布衣终身，一生大部分时间都在江淮、湘赣、浙闽等地漫游、客居。现存著作唯有《全芳备祖》一种，其中收有一些自己的诗词和短文。
