（1336—1406）元明间河南太康人，字士鲁。元末进士，为猗氏知县。洪武十年征授礼部主事，历官福建参政，以廉慎闻。奉使谕麓川土官，所得礼品，还至云南，悉交国库。建文初拜户部尚书。燕王军进南京时，逃出被俘。成祖诏复故官。寻致仕归，郁郁死。有《野庄集》。
