（?—1678）明末清初江南桐城人，字若侯，号龙怀，一字弱侯。明崇祯十六年进士。清顺治间荐授国史院庶吉士，改礼科给事中，历工、户科。与魏象枢并以敢言称，时号姚魏。康熙间官至刑部尚书。卒谥端恪。有《姚端恪公诗文集》。
