区次颜，字德舆。南海人。明世宗嘉靖二十八年（一五四九）举人。初授新蔡教谕，擢广西北流县令，迁养利知州。未几以丁忧归。结庐粤秀山读书凡二十年，人罕靓其面。著有《宁野堂稿》。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷二六有传。
