留元崇，泉州晋江（今福建泉州）人。筠子，正孙。以荫仕，尝为广东安抚司主管机宜文字，时至罗浮山游（《罗浮山志会编》卷六）。宁宗嘉定间通判兴化军（清道光《福建通志》卷九四）。事见《福建通志》卷一七六《留正传》附。今录诗十首。
