许及之（？～一二○九），字深甫，温州永嘉（今浙江温州）人。孝宗隆兴元年（一一六三）进士。淳熙七年（一一八○）知袁州分宜县（明正德《袁州府志》卷六）。以荐除诸军审计，迁宗正簿。十五年，为拾遗。光宗受禅，除军器监、迁太常少卿，以言者罢。绍熙元年（一一九○）除淮南东路运判兼提刑，以事贬知庐州。召除大理少卿。宁宗即位，除吏部尚书兼给事中。以谄事韩侂胄，嘉泰二年（一二○二）拜参知政事，进知枢密院兼参政。韩败，降两官，泉州居住。嘉定二年卒。
